The following is a description for a Measuring Box for a Tegatron Roll Scope

The system features a variable intensity internal light source and control for motorized fine focus. The electronic control box incorporates a character generator, which displays the length and width measured in microns on the monitor screen, and a 10' main cable, which connects the control box to the microscope. It is made of a chemically resistant material, and is shielded against noise and spikes, etc.

The Digital CMD V unit has a built-in computer with 3 USB ports. This allows the archiving of pictures and information as well as E-mail capabilities or use a flash drive straight from the control box.

The CMD V has bulit-in WiFi and bluetooth capibilties which works with almost all routers. The CMD V will work on all Tegatrons microscopes as well as other microscopes. The CMD V offers a web browser for emailing

The CMD V is controlled with a wireless rechargable keypad. This will also work with a mouse and keyboard. All upgrades to the CMD V will include a HD camera, 19"monitor, and new main cable.

Also known as the VRS, the product is a very useful and easy to operate and is used as a register system for a proof press and on flexo mounting equipment. It consists of a small control unit that has one stationary vertical cursor, one stationary horizontal cursor, and one moveable horizontal cursor for set up. It also comes with a high-resolution black & white camera, a high resolution black & white 9" monitor, and all interconnection cables. The lens assembly is standard at 45X magnification, but can be customized to customer specs.
